Be part of the amazing community that makes the faire come to life!
The Spokane Renaissance Faire is built on the energy and creativity of the performers who bring our village to life.
The Spokane Entertainers Guild is seeking enthusiastic performers, actors, improvisers, and character personalities to join our immersive cast for the 2026 Spokane Renaissance Faire.
Our cast members interact with guests throughout the village, creating memorable moments through character performance, storytelling, and improvisation.

What to Expect at Auditions
Auditions for the Spokane Renaissance Faire are relaxed, interactive, and designed to help us see how you engage with others in character. No prepared monologue is required.
During auditions you will typically participate in:
Cold Reads
You may be asked to read a short script or scene provided at the audition.
Improvisation Exercises
We’ll run simple improv scenarios to see how you interact with other performers and respond in character.
These activities help us understand your creativity, comfort interacting with others, and ability to bring a character to life in an immersive environment. Our goal is not perfection, but to see your personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to play within the world of the Faire.

What Cast Members Do
Cast members portray characters who live within the Faire village and interact with visitors throughout the event.
Typical activities include:
Improvised interactions with guests
Participating in village scenes and story moments
Supporting scheduled events or performances
Creating immersive moments that bring the Faire to life
The goal is simple: make guests feel like they’ve stepped into another world.
